Sokin Pay is a new ecommerce payment gateway that supports domestic and international customer bases, powered by our core multi-currency receivables and payments platform. This role will help take this product to market through strategic global partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that align with Sokin Pay's strategic goals.
- Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements that foster long-term value creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and execution of partnerships.

Relationship Management
- Maintain and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring mutual benefits and strategic objectives are met.
- Develop strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for partners, addressing any challenges and identifying areas for improvement.

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a partnerships strategy that aligns with business growth objectives.
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to inform partnership strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on partnership-related initiatives.

Performance Measurement
- Set and monitor partnership performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership initiatives and outcomes for senior management.
- Utilise data-driven approaches to optimise partnership strategies and contribute to company growth.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles within the financial services sector.
- Proven success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business objectives.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
