Talent Acquisition Specialist
Sokin is currently looking to hire our first Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing internal Talent Acquisition function. Reporting into our Recruitment Manager, you will take ownership of specialist areas within Sokin and oversee the sourcing, interviewing and hiring of Sokin Employees around the globe.

Sokin has a rapidly increasing client base ranging from sports & entertainment to logistics, travel and more. We have grand plans and are looking to add to our already brilliant team to help us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting candidate research and market mapping to identify potential candidates.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process and gather feedback.
- Actively promoting diversity and inclusion within the hiring process.
- Providing candidates with a seamless and positive interview experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines.
Required experience:
- 18+ months of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably hiring for either sales/ commercial roles or Technical and Product roles
- Used to working in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment CRM systems and HR databases.
- Experience in conducting behavioral interviews and assessing candidate competencies.
- Experience hiring for fintech’s is desirable but not essential
