Sokin has a rapidly increasing client base ranging from sports & entertainment to logistics, travel and more. We have grand plans and are looking to add to our already brilliant team to help us achieve our goals.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing new business applications to ensure customers have provided the necessary information and documentation before compliance reviews.
- Communicating with internal terms and new applicants to gather further information and provide updates.
- Communicate with new applicants to deal with any customer service issues.
- Prioritize and manage your workload to meet service level agreements and internal service delivery standards.
- Support and recommend Improvements in the onboarding process.
- Complete other related tasks as assigned.
Skills required:
- Effective written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently.
- Comfortable operating in a team environment when necessary.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule as needed.
