Senior Marketing Automation Manager
The Senior Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for developing, optimising, and managing Sokin’s marketing automation and CRM systems to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will ensure that marketing automation tools and CRM platforms are effectively integrated, optimised, and utilised to support demand generation, customer nurturing, and sales alignment. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Director, this individual will play a critical role in enhancing data-driven marketing efforts and improving customer lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Automation & Campaign Management
- Manage and optimise marketing automation platform (currently Zoho) to execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Develop email marketing, lead scoring, segmentation, and automated workflows to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Implement and manage drip campaigns, customer journeys, and triggered emails for different segments.
- A/B test email subject lines, content, and workflows to improve engagement and performance.
- Build a refer a friend channel to enhance acquisition.
2. CRM Management & Optimisation
- Own and maintain the CRM platform (Zoho CRM) to ensure data integrity and usability.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to optimise lead flow, scoring, and pipeline tracking.
- Ensure CRM data hygiene by managing data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment processes.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track lead progression, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
3. Lead Management & Nurturing
- Design and implement lead scoring models to identify and prioritise high-value prospects.
- Ensure seamless lead handoff between marketing and sales teams.
- Optimise nurture programmes to move prospects through the sales funnel efficiently.
- Monitor MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) to SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) conversion rates and optimise accordingly.
4. Data & Performance Analytics
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Use data insights to refine and improve marketing automation strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports to marketing leadership and key stakeholders.
5. System Integrations & Process Improvement
- Work closely with IT and Sales Ops teams to integrate marketing automation tools with CRM and other platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow automation, personalisation, and segmentation.
- Stay updated on new marketing technologies, trends, and best practices.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation and CRM management.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Strong understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, personalisation, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- Experience working in fintech, payments, or high-growth B2B/B2C industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, and other data privacy regulations related to email marketing.
- Strong collaboration skills, working closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success teams.
- Able to work independently with a glass half full approach to tackling challenges and opportunities.
