FP&A Manager
We are looking for a commercially driven FP&A Manager to join our fast-paced and rapidly scaling VC back fintech business in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE and a strong FP&A experience, either stepping up from a senior analyst role or already leading a small team, looking to take on a key strategic finance position.
You’ll focus on revenue planning, forecasting, budgeting, and go-to-market (GTM) analysis, playing a critical role in shaping the company’s growth strategy through insightful financial analysis and business partnering.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, with a particular focus on revenue, GTM planning, and commercial performance
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making
- Act as a trusted business partner to sales, marketing, and customer success teams, providing data-driven insights on revenue trends and GTM efficiency
- Develop and enhance monthly performance reporting and KPI dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Lead a small team (or ready to take on people management responsibilities), fostering professional growth and high performance
- Collaborate closely with accounting to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and alignment on key metrics
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A tools, processes, and systems to support scaling operations
Skills required:
- 2+ years post-qualification experience (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in FP&A, with demonstrable involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning
- Background in a technology/SaaS business is strongly preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner effectively across GTM functions
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with FP&A tools (e.g. Adaptive, Anaplan, NetSuite Planning) is a plus
- Prior experience managing or mentoring others is a strong advantage
