Social Media Manager
We are looking for an agile, creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our global social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and emerging platforms. You will manage the publishing calendar, optimize content performance, grow engagement and community and collaborate with our wider marketing design and product teams.
You will play a key role in helping Sokin build brand visibility, speak directly to B2B decision-makers, and create a distinctive voice in the business banking and cross-border payments space. Ideal candidates will bring 4–6 years of social media experience, preferably in fintech or B2B environments, and have a strong grasp of both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Channel & Content Management
- Own the global social calendar - publishing, monitoring and optimizing content across LinkedIn, YouTube and other high-impact channels.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to bring campaigns to life through platform-native content formats (e.g., carousels, video snippets, quotes, etc).
- Write, schedule and publish posts tailored to channel and audience, ensuring tone of voice and brand consistency.
- Community & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with followers, prospects, and community in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
- Monitor comments, direct messages and mentions across platforms - respond or route internally as appropriate.
- Coordinate with leadership and sales to amplify strategic announcements, partnerships and events.
- Campaign Execution & Support
- Work with marketing and growth teams to execute paid campaigns and support lead generation via organic and sponsored content.
- Brief designers and editors on visual assets needed for key stories, launches and partnership announcements.
- Support live events and activations through real-time social storytelling and post-event recaps.
- Performance & Reporting
- Track platform performance weekly and monthly - engagement, reach, follower growth, CTRs -and share insights for optimization.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Analytics, GA4, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) to track and report.
- Recommend new content formats, posting cadences and test-and-learn tactics based on results.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience managing social media for a B2B, fintech, payments, or SaaS brand.
- Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement on LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Excellent writing skills and editorial judgement — able to simplify complex concepts into concise, scroll-stopping posts.
- Strong project management, organization, and scheduling skills.
- Familiarity with social listening tools, analytics dashboards, and marketing collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of paid social strategies, A/B testing and performance-driven content formats.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, PR, brand and regional teams in a fast-paced environment.
