Payment Success Product Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap aligned to the companies vision and strategy.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.

• Work directly with a cross-functional team of engineers to deliver value often.

• Spent time with customers to discover new product ideas, identify product improvements and validate product solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to understand the value, feasibility, viability and usability of solutions.

• Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer value and business impact.

• Work closely with product marketing and sales to launch new products to customers.

• Monitor product performance and use quantitative and qualitative insight to drive continuous improvement.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.

Requirements

• You're excited by, and have experience in, building products that customers love within the fintech space.

• You’re driven to make a difference and want to fully own your product roadmap.

• You're someone that enjoys getting into the details and understanding the mechanics of your product and the data behind it.

• You're comfortable working closely with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders, ensuring products are designed in a user-centric way while remaining compliant.

• Your enjoy working in cross-functional teams alongside engineers, designers, and other functions to deliver value to users.

• You have a good understanding of technical concepts and can work closely with engineers to find the best solution to a problem.

• You love solving problems in innovative and creative ways.
