Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate historical information, and help build the models and processes used as the business plans for growth.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance processes, and help implement them so the function can support a larger, more complex business without a linear increase in manual work.
Collaborate with finance, risk, and operations so management, statutory, and regulatory reporting stays accurate and consistent as the business is built out.
