Role overview
Sokin is looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to support our growth in Singapore.
This is a hands-on B2B marketing role with a strong focus on strategic partnerships, embedded finance and local market activation. You will work closely with Partnerships and Sales to build awareness, credibility and demand across fintech, financial services, platformsand other relevant business ecosystems.
The role will cover partnerships marketing, campaigns, events, account-based marketing, sales enablement, thought leadership and industry engagement.
Key responsibilities
· Develop and execute marketing activity supporting Sokin’s Partnerships and Sales priorities in Singapore.
· Support strategic accounts, referral relationships and longer-cycle B2B opportunities through targeted and account-based marketing activity.
· Localise global campaigns, messaging and assets for Singapore audiences.
· Develop sales and partnership materials including one-pagers, presentations, sector messaging, case studies and thought leadership.
· Plan and deliver local events including conferences, sponsorships, roundtables, webinars and partner events.
· Manage relationships with relevant industry bodies, fintech networks, associations and event organisers.
· Work closely with Sales and Partnerships to support prospecting, meetings, proposals and follow-up activity.
· Coordinate local campaigns, suppliers, timelines, budgets and internal stakeholders.
· Track and report on campaign performance, leads, meetings, event outcomes, pipeline influence and commercial contribution.
Skills and experience
· 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, partnerships marketing, field marketing, campaign marketing or sales enablement.
· Professional experience within fintech, payments, banking or financial services is essential.
· Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles, strategic partnerships or enterprise opportunities.
· Strong understanding of the Singapore fintech and financial services landscape.
· Experience developing B2B campaigns, content, events and sales enablement materials.
· Strong project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
· Excellent written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex propositions.
· Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving growth environment.
What success looks like
In the first 6–12 months, success would include:
· A clear Singapore marketing plan aligned to commercial priorities.
· Strong alignment with Sales and Partnerships on target accounts and opportunities.
· Locally relevant campaigns, messaging and sales materials.
· A strong programme of events, industry engagement and partnership activity.
· Increased visibility for Sokin within Singapore’s fintech and financial services ecosystem.
· Clear reporting on activity, engagement, leads, meetings and commercial contribution.
