Senior Product Manager - Stablecoins
Senior Product Manager - Stablecoins
Reports to: Product Director (Convert)
Location: LATAM (Mexico, Colombia)
Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own Stablecoin conversion, the way Sokin's clients move between fiat currencies and digital dollars. At Sokin, we are building a world-class product team that can help us remove the borders, barriers and burdens from global business.
Product Management at Sokin is all about creating and delivering an ambitious roadmap with your team and working continuously with clients and stakeholders to ensure your product is driving real value for our customers and the business.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be part of something challenging and transformative, someone who wants to play a critical role in driving our success.
We place a high value on curiosity. The best Product Managers here are endlessly inquisitive about our customers, our data and how money really moves.
About Us
Sokin is a next-generation B2B financial services provider, enabling businesses to make and receive global payments with greater speed, lower cost, and total transparency.
Our mission is simple: we're simplifying global business - so businesses thrive wherever they choose to grow. We deliver this across:
Global payments and receivables
Foreign Exchange (FX)
Treasury management
Finance reconciliations
We are expanding rapidly with an established presence across EMEA, APAC and North America. Backed by strong global infrastructure and industry-leading partners, we're redefining how businesses move money around the world.
Our clients span industries from sports and entertainment to logistics and travel, and our community is growing fast. We're building a team of exceptional people who share our ambition to transform the future of global payments.
As our Senior Product Manager, Stablecoins
Stable Convert sits where our FX product meets our stablecoin capability. Clients need to convert between fiat and digital dollars, or between digital assets, at a price and a time that suit them, and to know that the conversion will complete without leaving them exposed. Behind the scenes, Sokin has to source liquidity and execute so that every quote we give is a price we can honour.
You'll own the conversion experience and economics for stablecoin: how it is quoted and priced, how it connects with the rest of the Convert product (spot rates, intelligence and hedging), how liquidity is sourced and managed, and how treasury sees the resulting positions. You'll work in close partnership with the Principal Product Manager for Stablecoin, who sets the wider stablecoin strategy, and with Treasury, Compliance and Engineering.
Success means conversions that clients can price and complete with confidence, spreads that win flow while protecting unit economics, and a conversion experience that feels like one product whether the asset is a currency or a digital dollar.
Your role as a Senior Product Manager at Sokin:
Own the Stablecoin conversion strategy and roadmap, aligned to the Convert vision and to the wider stablecoin strategy
Define pricing, quoting and execution for fiat to digital dollar conversion, including spreads, firm quotes, limits and out-of-hours behaviour
Work with Treasury and liquidity providers to source liquidity and execute without leaving Sokin holding unwanted market risk
Integrate stablecoin conversion with spot FX, rate intelligence and hedging, so clients see one coherent conversion experience
Own the metrics: conversion volume, the gap between quoted and executed price, time from decision to funds available, and the share of conversions that cannot complete because of liquidity or cut-offs
Work with Compliance on screening and monitoring requirements for conversion flows
Work directly with a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to deliver value often
Work from Sokin's Jobs to Be Done catalogue: describe the jobs your customers and internal users hire your product for, the outcomes that matter, and the evidence behind them, and keep that picture current
Spend time with clients, Sales and Treasury to understand how businesses decide when and how to convert
Mentor Product Managers around you and contribute to the standards of the Convert team
We'd love to hear from you if:
You have 5+ years in product management, ideally in FX, treasury, digital assets or financial markets
You understand how conversion works in practice: pricing and spreads, liquidity sourcing, execution and settlement, and the risk Sokin carries between a customer trade and its hedge
You have working knowledge of stablecoins and digital asset on and off-ramps in a regulated context, or the curiosity and track record to get there quickly
You're analytical and commercially minded, and can connect a roadmap choice to margin and flow
You own your roadmap and can identify problems, make decisions and drive things forward without waiting to be managed
You're comfortable working with treasury, risk and legal stakeholders to design solutions that are user-centric yet compliant
You have enough technical depth to work closely with engineers and find the best solution to a problem
You thrive in ambiguous environments and bring structure to them rather than waiting for it
Curious and inquisitive: you ask why before you build, dig into the data and the customer's real situation, follow questions past the first answer, and are never satisfied with 'that's how it has always been done'.
Comfortable using AI in your role: you use AI tools as a matter of course to research, draft, analyse and prototype at speed, and you stay fully accountable for the result. AI is a tool that sharpens your judgement and never replaces it: you check what it gives you, and the thinking stays yours.
Please note, candidates will need to have the right to work in the jurisdiction that they are looking to work in.
Sokin is an equal opportunities employer and committed to maintaining an inclusive work environment. As a growing global startup with bases across multiple countries, we were established on and continue to promote an agile, flexible working culture.
